Ms. Shalu Bhandari has been a member of our Board of Directors since September 17, 2016. She is a qualified Company Secretary and a fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Ms. Bhandari is the proprietor of M/s. S.L. Bhandari & Associates, practising Company Secretaries operating in Mumbai since 2002. Ms. Bhandari is having experience in providing services in the field of corporate law matters with a dedicated focus towards handholding entrepreneurs and corporates.
